I hold misery how do I stop it?
I spent every day of the week, all day, at march band camp in impressively hot weather. I got extremely sunburned and am really sore, that sometimes I can hardly walk, and I'm adjectives hunched over.I am also very constipated, and have pain surrounded by the right side of my stomach. And I gained some weight. You'd think that I'd lose shipment since I'm marching and exercising all day.
I can't shift to the doctor.
What should I do?Am I dehydrated? I drink about 1/2 a gallon a day.
Answers:
a half gallon is nowhere in the neighbourhood enough water for the kind of conditions ur within. sunburns will dry you out, and just being in the hot sun routine you NEED to be drinking tons tons tons of water. drink more, get more sleep. lay off this weekend...pilfer a rest.
You could own heat stroke, be dehydrated and/or have serious sunburn.
Buy some 100% aloe vera gel at the drugstore and apply it to the burns. Get yourself some gatorade or other beverage beside electrolytes in it. When you get dehydrated, you lose vitamins and minerals, not purely water. You need to replace those.
Get some rest for those sore muscles, you can use some ice pack but not continuously.
The pain could be muscles but if it continues for a long time or gets worse, you'll probably have to stir to the ER. Or check out your local drugstores, some stores, like CVS have doctor's clinics, you don't need insurance to walk to them but you will have to pay out of pocket.
Feel better.
You could hold heat stroke. That is probably the most likely option.
You should drink at most minuscule 8 glasses of water a day, rub some aloe vera on your sunburn surrounded by the morning and at night, take a laxative and, most importantly, REST, REST, REST!
If the pain surrounded by your side is that bad, you could take an ibuprofen, but be warned: it could be appendicitis. If it's so doomed to failure that you're completely hunched over, that's definitely possible. Why can't you go to the doctor? If the pain persist or gets worse, you definitely need to hold your appendix checked out or else you could die.
But that's probably just me being paranoid. So a moment ago do what I said, and if it gets worse, you need to find a way to get hold of to the hospital.
Hope this was helpful, and I hope you feel better.
Did you use any medication lately? If you did, those might be the side affects.
