Vein jump out of my leg.?

A vein on my left inside knee have been jumping out for long periods for a couple of days presently. It starts and stops. I can feel it with my hand and see it jump out sometimes. It's not necessarily painful but it is extremely uncomfortable. What should I do?
Answers:
Go to the doctor could be a varicose vein. Try putting rime on it if it is uncomfortable and wrapping with an ace bandage. By applying pressure to the nouns it can relieve the pain or discomfort. Source(s): Medical Assistant
