Bad dull pain within my wrist for partially a year?

About half a year ago I hurt my wrist excersising, the pain started to fade but then the week after I hurt it again. It hurt for in the region of 3 weeks in total and then started to go.
But whenever I ben it up or down I get hold of this pain like i'm streching something to hard. And just now I fell on it and now it extremly hurts whenever I move it up or down.

Should I go to the doctor?
Answers:
Unless the pain is "physically defoning" (if thats a apt term to describe pain) then its not broken

Sometimes things only restore to health (or realise a certain bit is in need of fixing) when moved into a smaller quantity frequent position. you can also over recept pain after a spraining

I'd say keep the stretching going, morning and evening...as if it be a sprained ankle and if you don't think it's getting better, go to a doctor.
It desires some help in releasing. Do this to help it, and start near hand and fingers half bent.
Have that hand within front of you palm up. Take your other hand and slide your fingers under your hand and place your thumb right on the nouns where they take your pulse, an inch back from your wrist. Press easier said than done onto it, spreading the pressure across as big a spot as possible, and hold the pressure there.
Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don't strung out up any part of your body.
After 30 seconds, slowly open your wrist adjectives the way and then do the same beside your fingers.
Then release the pressure but hold your hand like that for one minute.
this happened to me, i fell within the gym and hurt my wrist and wasnt completely right for about a month, i then fell again and seriously hurt it, i went to the doctors and he said i have crushed the tendons in my wrist and arm,

basically your tendons are like pliable bands but stronger a good example of tendons are the ones that join your leg bone to the front of the foot...you probably crushed or shrivelled your wrist tendons by bending your wrist a wee bit too for pay for (so bending your fingers backwards towards your wrist) this bends the tendons

but i may be wrong so do visit your doctor if its causing you pain
