I probably have it more than most people being that I can't munch through foods with gluten.If I do eat something with gluten I procure it. But sometimes there is gluten in foods even if it says it doesn't.

Toilet article becomes to rough over and over and makes my tush hurt(like a runny nose after wipe your runny nose over and over.)

You should try using toddler wipes. They are much more soothing. It works for me. :)

You need a bidet that fits in the tub so that you can wash your backside. One that puts everything down the drain and not all over the tub.
