Between my leg and my lower abdomen I have pain when I do stuff and it stretches to my lower impossible. What could it be?

You have either a ligament needing support or a muscle. Here's for the muscle. Sit on a chair and take both hands and wrap them around your leg slightly at the rear your knee. squeeze the muscle tight and hold. Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don't nervous up any part of your body, including your arms let your hands do the work. After 45 second, while still holding tight pressure, slide your foot forward until your leg is fully extended. Wait 20 seconds and then slide it back to where on earth it was. Wait another 45 seconds or longer if you still feel the muscle relaxing.
To release the ligaments for your leg. Best to be contained by shorts for this. Lay on your bed with your legs pulled up and bent at the knee, feel on the bed. Take your mitt and run down your body between your hip and trunk until you get to the big bump in the crease, that is where on earth you want to be. Go to your leg side and find where you can get your fingers and thumb around it and put pressure on it and hold it tight. After 45 seconds slowly lower your leg outward as far as it will shift. then release the pressure but hold your leg there for one minute. Do your other leg too. Between those two it should take trouble of you, if not let me know and I will help.
