I hold posterior cramp, hip twinge, headache, confusion, chills, drinking like mad, going to the bathroom greatly. What is it?

I only really feel better when im walking around. And pain prescription helps a little but my back backache is still here.
Answers:
Could be a kidney stone but also sounds like you have a touch of the flu with disorientation, chills and headache. Take Tylenol and see if it helps any at all. If not see a Dr. Source(s): retired paramedic
I am concerned that you may have a kidney infection. It unquestionably sounds like an issue that NEEDS a doctor's care. Kidney infections are very serious.
