Why do I hold affliction on the vanished side of my nouns?
This is hard to explain. I don't have a soar throat. I have cramp on the left side of my neck. It started yesterday. There is no swelling.

It is very difficult to properly rest the nouns muscles, as they are in use for so much of the time.
Even when we are asleep it is possible to unwittingly get into an uncomfortable position and awake, as you did, have aggravated the problem.
You don't say how the problem began, but often the symptoms arise from a simple sprain or verbs of the neck, perhaps from sleeping in an awkward position or from sitting within a draught.
Neck pain can also arise from underlying disease of the spine or may be related to a previous injury.
Neck pain normally radiates up to the base of the skull and into the shoulder, because of the way the muscles and nerves are positioned, and can interfere near shoulder movements.
I suggest that you shouldtake Ibuprofen and add in paracetamol with or short codeine on a regular basis.
To help rest your neck you could variety a simple soft collar from a hand towel rolled lengthways and inserted into the leg of a pair of lady's tights, and wear this tied around your neck to present support for a few hours at a time whilst you are awake.
It is best not to become too dependent on the collar, but using it for a few days in your current situation until things improve will be of help.
If here is no obvious improvement in your symptoms after a further week, I would recommend seeking further suggestion from your doctor or chiropractor.
Don't despair, simple neck sprains can seem impossible to live with but usually settle well after a few weeks with adequate rest and pain nouns in the acute phase.
