I hit my leg really bad on a table last week, now I own a really big bruise. I read an article saying to put ice on it, gel, and to eat vegetables. But the entity is, I don't have the certain type of gel & I don't eat vegetables. So how long will it embezzle it to heal if I just put ice on it?

I guess it could be any time really but a week conceivably? i find if i rub the area (even though it usually hurts) the bruise goes at least twice as hurriedly :)

It takes me about 1-2 weeks for my bruises to heal but im not sure if thats conventional because im not the heathiest person around! i imagine a week is probably more normal
