How to seize rid of belly ache !?
I always get belly aches . My parents split up 3 years ago and i have them then , i couldn't sleepover or go to other peoples houses or else i would acquire a belly ache , we went to the doctors and they said stress , and that there be nothing they could do ! Eventually they went away and i was fine ! Then possibly a year ago i started getting them , and i don't throw up or anything i just get unbeaarable belly aches , and i dont know what to do . I know it's probably merely stress but is there anyway i can do anything to get rid of them !?

My parents split when I be young too but at some point you will have to own your own life regardless of the bleak choices your parents made. I'm sure you have a roof over your head, food in your belly, parents that love you (despite their issues.) Some kids don't even enjoy that. Consider yourself blessed.

you have a coy stomach. i was like that when i was younger. i would move about on church camps and throw up all the time. I was merely nervous about being away from home. im 23 and i still suffer from that. simply try and relax and eat slower. plus don't eat too many fatty things close to cheese and processed food. eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water.
