Help With Migraines Please?
I am 14 years old and get terrible migraines. The singular problem is that no one understands just how doomed to failure they can be. What I am asking is that you describe how your migraines feel so that I can better describe them to my parents. Thanks!

I understand your problem. You have to opt whether the pain is shooting, stabbing, throbbing, or dull and exactly where it is. Also, you have to include any other symptoms you may at the time, or lately before, the headaches (no matter how inconsequential you contemplate they are). These can include, but are not limited to: nausea, vomiting, visual or audio disturbances, sensitivity to light and or nouns, even smells, cravings, or matters pertaining to touch. You should keep a diary of your headaches so that you are accurate roughly speaking what is triggering them (like chocolate) and when they happen (around your cycle) and how often or intense they are. You may be able to start treatment near your family doctor or be referred to a neurologist. Either one will tell you to keep the diary and stay away from adjectives trigger foods (like chocolate). Good luck with this. Source(s): experience
Amy, I can't help you describe them because I don't have them. But what I can do is volunteer you some exercises that should help you get rid of them and forget about have to describe them to someone who doesn't know. Let me know you want them and they are on their way.
