I stained my lumbar almost 2 months ago and it still hurts i hold be working contained by a kitchen full time but,?

my insurance ran out so i cant go to the physical therapist.can i do some workouts or could it be something else.please give a hand me.

Todd, I too have back issues...all that stooping and standing on a knotty floor is very hard on your back, especially the lumbar portion of your pay for. You could try wearing a cloth back support under your shirt while you are working... and when you're not working, you can try an over-the-counter medication call Doan's Back Pills (you can find them at any drug store or Walmart). They work wonders! I couple 2 Doan's with 2 Ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) and it helps relax my back inside moments. I also do stretches for my back in the morning and in the evening after work: lay on your vertebrae, bend your knees, grab the back of your thighs and bring your knees up to your chest. Hold this for 15 seconds and release your thighs allowing your foot to rest back on the floor (still with bent knees). Another good stretch is to lay on your spinal column, put your ankles together, bend your knees and let both knees fall to the left for 5 second, then to the right for five seconds. I do these a few times each and it does serve to loosen those muscles. Good luck! :0)
