How do you know if you tore a leg muscle?
ok so i was stretching and doing the splits a couple of days ago for dance. and ever since then my vanished hamstring is killing me like i cant do the splits. and when i try to stretch it out it huts.
this has be happening for 3-4 days now please help

If your "tore" your hamstring you most definantly wouldn't know how to walk. You probably just strained it. Just give your muscle time to relax so be assured on your stretchs. Ice it occasionally and massage the muscle. Source(s): Always injured runner. =P
