I take a pill to help me sleep at night. I can't sleep lacking it unfortunately, I would consider that possibility before you try anything.

If I really needed to, I think, if I tried, I may be capable of sleep without it, but you can easily get dependent on it depending on the medication your on and how you counter to it.
