Has anyone here have champix to quit smoking?
i read a public forum and saw an excessive amount of responses about bad side effects and people truism it should be banned. im about to start it tomorrow. im pretty sure it will stop me smoking completely, but i dont know if i could handle some of the side effects mentioned. are these side effects exaggerated? or are they side effects that would usually occur when quitting smoking.
some thoughts/experiences please.

I experienced minor side effects -- a bit of nausea after taking the pill, vivid dreams.
The severe side effects relatives report are real. But most people don't get them. If you do, or if you enjoy a history of depression or suicidal ideation, well, it isn't the drug for you. But given its unprecedented effectiveness, I wouldn't hesitate to hand over it a try.
