Well keep in mind that most of here on Y!A arent professional doctors, only bored people at work.
Are you a... bit overweight? I think perhaps you are and perchance your self concious about yourself and then you start sweating up a storm when people come around you.
But later again, maybe your not over weight, maybe your everyday. you didnt really go into detail, do you start sweating immediatly, or when they start talking to you? Maybe you ahve some internal fears of people robbing you or something. Does this come about with your friends/family? Im sure this wouldnt hurt to take to a medical professioned person, maybe a friend/relative. Source(s): my logic
See your health thinking provider for consultation. As an isolated symptom, sweating isn't likely to be serious. It's the normal response to elevated temperature. It's also the inborn response to stress, either psychological or physical. Most people have experienced sweaty palms when "put on the spot" or stressed psychologically.
In contrast, a "cold sweat" contained by a person complaining of chest pain, abdominal pain, or nouns indicates a need for immediate attention. It's a common effect of severe distress or serious illness. Remember, however, that aspirin often causes sweating surrounded by lowering a fever. Sweating associated with the breaking of a fever is not the cold sweat referred to here. I hope this help you. And good luck.
Don't panic, sweating is normal. Some ancestors sweat more (like me), while others sweat less.
When I am in a "sweating" time of year. I do/use the following:
1. Drysol is aluminum chloride hexahydrate and when applied to the underarms acts to block the sweat glands and plug the pores. It is a prescription medication and should just be used with a doctor's guidance.
2. Try wearing a simple, white, 100% cotton t-shirt under your normal shirts. This will be your first stripe of defense against sweat puddles forming on your outer shirt. In addition, the white t-shirts are easy to bleach/oxy-clean the stains out of.
3. Recall that if it happens to be your foot that are sweating excessively, try taking an extra pair of shoes and socks with you in the morning. Change both something like halfway through your day. While it won't remove the sweating it will keep your foot dry.
4. Make sure you bathe regularly. This will help to minimize effects of over-sweating. By showering as needed you can eliminate as much of the germs that causes body odor. If you do sweat while you're clean you won't smell as much as sweating when you're dirty.
a. Try anti-bacterial soaps to neutralize additional microbes while you shower.
5. Maintain less body hair. You may find with decreasing your body fleece you can control body odors associated with over-sweating. Hair traps a lot of the bacteria and oil that cause odor when combined with sweating.
6. Drink plenty of water. It both dilutes the concentration of your bodily effluents and it cleanses the majority of the system.
7. Check the weather forecast respectively day and put on clothing appropriately.
8.Invest in a small fan to save in your working area. You may sweat less because it is cooler and the atmosphere circulation will help perspiration to evaporate much faster.
9. Watch your weight. Heavier people own a harder time cooling themselves and may perspire more. Try getting to a healthy weight and your perspiration issues may solve themselves.
