take a 20 min bath using 1.5 cups of applecider vinegar... im seriousll it works wonders ... agree to me know if that worked for you ok
i know this sounds bad, but the best solution is to use them even more. not solely will it reduce the pain when you are done, but if you consume plenty of protien, it will build muscle. I know this from cycling, when i don't ride for a day, i win sore.
