Why is wake such a rough ordeal for me?

Why is waking such a painful ordeal for me? Every time I wake up, regardless of what time it is, or how much sleep I return with, I am always in excruciating pain, and the with the sole purpose thing that seems to help is going rear legs to sleep. But I don't want to sleep my life away. I haven't tried pain pills or anything, especially as after about 30 minutes or an hour of lay in bed after waking, I get up attitude like my generally healthy wake self again, and don't usually have intolerable or irregular pain symptoms during my waking hours, aside from that time of year of time (anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, usually) immediately following waking up. Is this normal? Does everybody experience this to some amount? I don't have any major physical dysfunction or disorder that I know of, but this is just beyond the pale. I'd say the pain ranges anywhere between a 6 to a 15 on a scale of 10 everytime I stir up. It is honestly just excruciating. It is not a localized pain either, it is a short time ago a general body pain; although it does seem that the agony seems to be the worst in my head. Not exactly a headache, per se, but a moment ago lots of pain in my whole skipper all around, i.e. sinus pain and pressure, muscle pain, brashness pain, and yes, very frequently short-lived headaches do guide all of this. It's just that it's not just headache, it's my WHOLE head that hurts. I've tried hot, cold, and warm showers upon waking, but none of them seem to be to do a whole lot, other than to a certain extent distract me from the twinge. Sometimes though, just the movement necessary to get to the shower and even the pressure of the dampen itself hitting my skin exacerbates the pain until it subsides. I am really frustrated by this, any and all suggestions or insights will be highly appreciated. I've never thought to ask about it until now, because I just thought it be something everyone dealt with, and most were better at dealing next to it than me, though in general I do have a pretty giant tolerance for pain. It's just this whole wake up thing that is literally putting a cramp on things altogether for me. I will say as one final thing that there are the occasional days, about as regularly as a blue moon I'd imagine, where I wake up beside an overall lack of pain and really feel pretty great; but for the most chunk, I'd say 199 times out of 200, that's not the case. And yes, it is generally intensified almost unendurably if I am required to wake up without at least 8 hrs. of sleep. Very repeatedly I will find myself sleeping 10-12 hrs. a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Again, thank you in credit for any help you can offer.
