Why does masturbation trigger arrythmia ?
When I do, my heart rate increases and stays like that until I take iron supplement. Why are the two events even related? I am anemic by da way.

Don't you think i.e. something important enough to bring up to your doctor? Most people would. It have nothing to do with being anemic but it could be cardiac (heart) relatebeside yourselfe a cardiologist for the best answers before something bad happens.
Actually when your anemic it can cause an arythmia i own an arythmia my resting rate is like 113 and they tested me for anemia because of that but i didnt have it anywho i believe your heart rate could go up because of masterbation because it get you excited and your doing work but jeez shouldnt you be too pre occupied to notice?
You stipulation to consult a doctor about this. Normally masturbation will increase heart rate temporarily but will come back to normalcy soon.
Stop doing it beside a belt around your neck.
