15 and I devise I own arthritis?

OK, so I have pain in adjectives the joints/bones in my body, and most of it pops. I can pop my toes, my ankles, my knees, my hips pop, my shoulders pop, my elbows, my wrists pop, and my fingers. My back pops. My left hip pops incompatible, and my knees, shoulders, back, and wrists hurt most often. Do you think I enjoy arthritis? A doctor told me once that she thought I was developing arthritis in my ankle, but what about everywhere else?
Thanks contained by advance and God Bless!

PS- if any of you know how to help my back spasm, it hurts low, like near the top of my pants, on any side of my spine, and it's constant. But my back is really swayed- I can fit my whole arm underneath when I lay flat.

Damage to the joint surface, the cartilage, can rationale cracking joints. However, this type of joint cracking usually is found in elder patients who have known arthritis. It is uncommon for a patient's first complaint of arthritis to be amalgamated cracking.

Does the joint cracking cause arthritis?
It's unlikely that joint cracking is a significant produce of arthritis. Joint cracking is usually painless, and so long as it does not cause pain, most doctors agree that you are unlikely to be doing any harm. There are some conditions that can do a joint cracking that need to be addressed, but these tend to effect symptoms of pain.

The best position for relief when your back hurts is to fabrication on your back on the floor with pillows under your knees, near your hips and knees bent and your feet on a chair, or just next to your hips and knees bent. This takes the pressure and weight off your vertebrae.

You may need 1 to 2 days of this sort of rest for a hurt back. Resting longer than this can cause your muscles to undercut, which can slow your recovery. Even if it hurts, walk around for a few minutes every hour. Source(s): http://orthopedics.in the order of.com/od/arthriti…

You need to see a Dr. The "Swayed back" is scoliosis and needs a Dr's care earlier it gets worse. You can have rheumatoid arthritis or Juvenal arthritis at 15.
You need to see a Dr who deal with arthritis. A rhumatologist or an osteopath. They may give you a steroid shot to help the twinge and find a pain pill you can take daily or as needed for the twinge. Source(s): retired paramedic
