Hello,
I've recently been learning how to drive and I'm afraid I'm turning my pave the way alot to check for blind spots, which I know is normal but I think I do it too far because it hurts my neck so I[m still trying to practice not to over do it.

Also, my stopping still isn't that perfect and I'm stopping too quick which causes my body to kind of move foreward could that make happen brain damage?

Sorry weird and probably dumb questions but It really concerns me.
