My doctor say I might own Scoliosis?

I have slight pain on my spine. What will the affects of this if I do have it? Will it motivation anything to happen in my spine that will cripple me to play sports? I had a physical, and she said I needed to catch an x-ray at some point of my back. If they find I do have Scoliosis will treatment be painful/possible? Could I go minus treatment?
Answers:
The effects of Scoliosis depends on the curve. Usually curves under 20 degrees cause no issues. Curves over 60 degree almost always cause issues. Doctors aren't sure yet around curves in between 20 and 60 degrees (Moderate curves) There has be some evidence that untreated Scoliosis causes the vertebrae to wedge overtime and cause spinal arthritis.

Scoliosis surgery is the most scratchy treatment, it's used for severe curves.
Other treatments can be uncomfortable but the pain levels are far from Scoliosis surgery.
Other treatments include:
1. Wearing a brace (There are dozens of different types of braces)
2. CLEAR Institute
3. Chiropractic charge
4. Physical therapy, and special exercises
5. The Schroth method
6. Spinecor (it's a newer type of brace)
7. There are special exercise machines designed to help people near Scoliosis, but this treatment type is not yet commonly used, it's still in the research stage.

I would recommend you treat it, it's better to treat it before it get worse. If you are still growing it could get worse. If it is over 40 degrees it can get worse whether you are done growing or not.

Good Luck, I hope adjectives goes well.
well...............depends on how desperate...surgery sometimes...brace sometimes..................get the xray.......and see
