Ok today is the second day of being sick. Yesterday around lunch time, before I have eaten anything, I started feeling sick with a stomach affliction. And I did not have any bowel movements. This morning at 2:30 AM i threw up all of the food that I had eat. Today I still don't feel well and I still have not have any bowel movements. What is wrong with me? And what can I do? I think I have some sort of viral sickness.
