Does anyone experiance terrilble aching surrounded by their neck/shoulder muscles and lower rear legs ache?

I need someone to help me please! Different docs say different things?! People close to me can't even read between the lines. Let me explain.

I am a 20 year old male. i am 5' 8" 160 lbs. i don't really exersise that m uch but whatever.
About 3 1/2 years ago when i be 17 i got into a car accitdent and started to experiance lower back aches/pain thereafter. when i go to the doc. he basically said i have muscle spasms in my lower subsidise and gave me some muscle relaxe(which didn't help). it didnt hurt all the time just occasionaly so i in recent times said screw the doc and i managed. well that proggressivly got worse (last summer it be basically hurting daily).
so i went to an orthopedic doctor 6 (feb 09) months ago. that doc gave x-rays and said i hade a cronic sprain within my back. he gave me loratab, mobic and physical therapy. he after did a mri (mar. 25 2009) he concluded that i had bulging disc in my lower back. he continued loratab, mobic, and took me past its sell-by date physical therapy. HOWEVEr i got in another auto catastrophe (not server... hit my head on the steering wheel but no airbags) in mar 2809 aswell.
AROUND THE FIRST PART OF APRIL I BEGAN TO HAVE A NEW PROBLEM.
My d¨¦colletage and shoulder muscles started being tight/painfull. it started out mild and occasional so i went to the doc (early june 09). he ordered another set of x-rays and c-spine mri. On june 20, 09 i got the xray/mri and the doc told me i have "damaged soft tissue" So i asked what is going on with me and he said, "You have a hurt neck". DUH. he ordered me to contiued loratab, mobic and zanaflex and started physical theray again. I DONT KNOW whether the pain/tightness within my neck/shoulder muscles INCREASED naturally or b/c of physical therapy. But by mid july it got to the point where on earth i could not sleep at night (regardless of how may muscle relaxers i took) even though this was not every night but still exceptionally frequent.
BY THIS TIME I WAS FEED UP WITH MY CURRENT DOCTOR!!
I wanted a second opinion... i got one at the finish off of july 09.
the new doctor (orthopedic) looked over all previous xrays/mri and told me i had 2 "buldging disc" within my lower back and had "irritated soft tissue" in my c-spine nouns. i was desperate and asked what do i do. the doc orders me an epidural in my c-spine.
on 8/4/09 i get the epidural. THAT WAS THE WORST TWO WEEKS OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! THE EPIDURAL CAUSE A WHOLE NEW SET OF F'ED UP ****. HEADACHES THAT ONLY ( AND I MEAN ONLY) GO AWAY WHEN LYING DOWN AND MORE PAIN AROUND THE BASE OF MY SCULL. That is another story.
because of my complecations with the c-spine epidural i went the the ER twice. they gave me a bright set of scans:xrays, ct scan, and mri and said i have a possible CSF leak, stenosis of the c=spine and straighting of thej nouns and two disc that are getting that are basically shrinking (i can't remember the term). the epidural helped none and i am still having pain/tighting of the muscles contained by my neck/shoulders and pain/aching in my lower back!

DOES ANYONE ELSE KNOW WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH?
PLEASE GIVE ME ANY THOUGHTS, COMMENTS, EXPERIANCES, ANYTHING. THANKS

Maybe it's a type of rheumatoid arthritis?
You enjoy a lot of issues going on there. I see that you are quite frustrated next to it all; I'd suggest seeing an osteopath. A good one would give you a thorough nouns, using their eyes and palpation to locate dysfunctions in your body. You'll probably need quite a few treatments but hopefully they'll oblige you out.
Best of luck.
Part of your issues could be due to you not exercising. If you exercised everyday, it would build up those colourless muscles that are probably going out and are causing you pain. Talk to a doctor that knows or focuses more on muscles. Physical Therapists concordat with bones and muscles, but they are there to try to get you vertebrae to the way you were and they only do continuum of motion exercises (stretches), which is good for your body, but you can do that on your own, before you go out everyday to exercise.

Another choice is to go to a massage therapist. They are near to stretch and relieve muscle pain, aches and spasms in your muscles. Your body go through a stage called the "fight or flight" and what that does is if you suffered a shock (car accident), your muscles could be still in that stage of "argue or flight", so if you get yourself a massage, its basically triggering your brain into describing your muscles to relax because your muscles could be pushing up on those discs and that's why you are suffering with that pain.

I would also suggest aqua therapy. Doing some swimming everyday is great for your body and it can assist strengthen all kinds of muscles.
Think of your body as a machine, a coup¨¦, if something goes on it, eventually something else will go in that mechanism to and then something else and on and on.

Now massage is not a cure-all and its not something that you can see results in one session, sometimes it can give somebody a lift some months before you notice a difference. If after doing the massage and the hose down therapy for 6 months and you still are in pain. Then i would suggest that you maintain checking around until you can come up with a proper doctor that can help you. Who wants to suffer within pain for the rest of their life? Good luck and i hope you feel better soon.
My heart goes out to you. This basically sounds like an awful snowball of pain, misdiagnosis and mistreatment.

Does the doctor who ordered the epidural know what the results were and what your unusual symptoms are? Does he know you received no relief, only more pain? Are you still taking Lortab, or be that discontinued? It just seems obvious that you stipulation something stronger for pain, just to begin next to, but you also need a doctor who specializes in complicated spine problems. Do you have an insurance company that you can ask to recommend one for you? Local county hospitals usually will recommend doctors when requested. You can try any of those options, but in the meantime make sure to communicate beside the doctor treating you if only to get better pain medication while you column up a better doctor. I hope you find a solution soon. Source(s): my head and my heart
