What should I do? 10 points?

On Saturday, today is Tuesday, I strained a muscle in my upper right back. I was only just at the doctors today and he confirmed it. I have soccer tryouts this coming Monday and I don't know if I will be able to go or not. I'm going into soaring school this year so it is high school soccer. I don't watchfulness if it's fully healed or not, I just want to know if all the niggle should be gone by then. I have a lot of distress with this injury especially when I move in certain ways. If it help, I am a 14 year old girl.

So my questions are: should/will I be able to dance to my soccer tryouts this coming wednesday with a strained muscle in my back? What are the best ways to acquire the pain to go down?

ok. so if it is confirmed by your doctor, im sure you are supposed to ice it, and rest it , so depending on what the rime does for your shoulder, you should keep icing it, and then on tuesday night/wed. morning see how it feels, and if it is ok next you could probably go to the tryouts, but if not, dont go and risk making it worse, and risk not anyone able to play ever again. i hope i helped(: Source(s): aunt is a nurse in progress(:
I think you will be ok purely keep something hot on your back then budge to cold you should be fine in about 3days. Hope i helped.
