Why does it hurt when someone pokes me?

For the past couple of years I've come to realize that my skin is really sensitive. When someone pokes me, or if I bump into like the edge of a counter or table, this cramp shoots through my body around the area that was hit or taped. It doesn't own to much of an effect on me, but it does sting and hurt very bad for about a minute. Recently I've notice that it even does the same thing when I scratch myself, close to my head or my side, and it's only slightly worse. There never has be any bruising or hurting after it happens, it comes and goes everytime I bump or scratch myself. What can I do to oblige?

** PLEASE! ONLY PROFESSIONALS REPLY TO THIS! THIS IS SOMETHING VERY VERY SERIOUS AND ITS CAUSING ME PAIN **

Some people are weirdly sensitive like this. You call for a consult with a neurologist. There are some anticonvulsants and/or antidepressants that may work well for you and reduce these symptoms.
