Back problems - I've be have some serious rear cramp. I enjoy be taking OTC medicine.?

I've been having some serious back aching. I haven't gone to a Chiropractor because I have no insurance. But I have been taking OTC medicine like Naproxen Sodium and Acetaminophen. The pain is in the center of posterior, but i feel it to the right of my spine. I don't know if I'm sleeping wrong but lately the right side of my jaw hurts and my right hand hurts, and within the morning when i first wake up, my right leg hurts! Could it be something other than my back that's cause this? I am only 19!!

Back pain is nil to ignore. I don't know what is causing your pain but I do know it is essential to own a strong core - abdominal muscles and back muscles. Just by doing some easy strengthening exercises like crunches and stretches you may be help. Do a search online for strengthening and stretching exercises. Do 5 to 10 of these one to two times a day and it may save you a trip to the doctor. Pay attention to your hamstring muscles (back of leg) as okay. Best wishes!
Go to a chiropractor, something may be pressing on your nerves. I myself have back spasm at a young age and my chiropractor always says, Drugs back the pain but its actually putting your back, hindmost in its place that heals you. Good luck and try stretching more!
With back pain we do abundantly of other things to our body, clenching teeth is one of them and your leg can also be a part of the problem. All you have in your stern is a pinched muscle and all you have to do is release it and the pain will be gone. Here's how to release it.
Take one appendage and go up over your other shoulder and with your fingers find the muscle along your spine. Place your fingers on it and press and hold. Now relax, take a vast breath and exhale and don't tense up any part of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly lower yourself forward and to the contrary knee, extending over it as you get to it. Then release the pressure but hold your body there for one minute. Then do the other side.
To do your cheek, place your thumbs behind your ears pressing them into the big muscle that runs back there. Apply a apposite amount of pressure and hold. Relax again. After 30 seconds, slowly look upward until your neck is fully extended and open your mouth adjectives the way. Release the pressure but hold your head like that for one minute. If you hold more problems or ?'s let me know.
