I hold with the sole purpose get two hours of sleep within 2 days and i still cant jump down asleep and its midnight?
I have to be up by 7 and at this rate i don't know if i will be able to fall asleep. what should i do?

this is scheduled to me too and this is most likely why.you probably not doing much since i spen most of the summer relaxing and i wont sleep well but if you try somthing like excersising jog or anything that will make you pooped will help you sleep since you probably got too much dynamism .
I have the same problem of sleep disorder during my college days. Those days were stressful, studies and then ambiguity about the future. I would suggest try to relax, read a book and try to divert your mind from things that might be troubling you.
My favorite sleeping tactic was bring a book and read it before going to bed. I am not talking about interesting murder mysteries but what I feel as boring history books. I slept like a baby after implementing some of these following tips:

My suggestion is to do something that you like in order to relax. Not TV or computer base. Make a hot chocolate or a Lemon & Honey drink. That's a teaspoon or 2 of honey with the juice of half a lemon. Sip tenderly while you read or meditate.
If you live near a store that sells Melatonin that works very very well. However, you will need to be mindful that it may cause you to sleep in when taken this postponed at night. lDrink warm milk go into a dark room.
flop down andbreassth in through one nostril hold it for 5 seconds , th3nexhale slowly through the other nostril.
do this several times ntil it becomes boring and repetitive.
Next when you breath contained by through your mouth, picture the palm of your left hand to have a set of nostrils too and breath surrounded by through that as well at the same time as your real nostrils. afterwards count again to5 seconds then exhale slowly both breaths .
through your mouth.
do the same for the other appendage.
set of 8.
then do the feet.
when all of your body have been breathing and relaxing, you will begin to feel sleepy.
