Whats wrong next to my thigh muscles?

Yesterday I was doing leg stretches and lunges. I never warmed up. Now today my thighs hurt. What's wrong with them? Is it a strain? Also, should I covering or ice or what? Thanks guys.

a warm bath is the old-fashioned school thing to do i do that and i have some rheumatic muscle creams as powerfully like deep heat

Not knowing for sure what all might be wrong, let's release the thigh muscles first. Wrap your hands around one of your legs right above the knee and squeeze it tight and hold it in attendance. After 45 seconds, slowly slide your foot forward until your leg is fully extended. Once there rest for 20 seconds, while maintain the pressure, and then slowly slide it back in and hold for another 45 second. Then release the pressure.

There's nil wrong with your legs. There's a build up of lactic acid in your muscles from shortage of consistent use. Stretch them out some, and eat a banana (if your not allergic, of course)

1. Fill the tub next to warm water
2. Pour some Eucalyptus oil

You are probably just sore from it. It will probably go away, but take home sure you warm up before exercising. If the pain persist, it may be strained or pulled, in which case you need to achieve off it and ice it. A bandage isn't vital.
