my girlfriend split her chin open yesterday, and now, 15 hours later, its still bleeding. shoudl she see smoeone?

A doctor told me, if it bleeds for over an hour you need stitches. Go to the doctors or hospital. Otherwise she could get an infection, have a really discouraging scar, or even loose a lot of blood.
