Pain within elbow after kayaking?

I have been getting pain contained by my elbows during/after kayaking
Answers:
It is either tendonitis from overuse or you actually have a awfully small tear in your tendon which is commonly referred to as tennis elbow.

If it hurts more to squeeze things, use your toothbrush, use a fork or cut, and finally if the pain sort of slowly developed near the outside of the offending elbow then it have a higher probability of being 'tennis elbow'.

If either is the crust Ibuprofen for pain and swelling (no more than 800mg every 6 hours for no more than 1-2 weeks) and ice application for 10 minutes multiple times per day would be sympathetic.

If it gets worse, see your physician.
maybe you pulled a muscle or just overworked it happen all the time to me and in my shoulders
