Is it true the more you sleep the more tired you become?

Recently i've been feeling more tired during the day.

I'm not on any perscription and i'm in actuality sleeping really well at the moment.

A friend recently told me that if you sleep too much you feel more tired through out the hours of daylight. Is this correct and how do i fix my constant feeling of tiredness?

idk. but sometimes when i sleep alot i do get more tired...huh...
Movement promotes energy...but, if you are extremely tired, there might be an underlying inflict. Are you getting up after 8 hours of sleep and getting on with your day? Or do you get out of bed and afterwards lay around? Try getting up at the same time every day, getting showered and ready for the hours of daylight immediately, then try to go out for a waddle or anything that might stimulate you a bit. If you are still tired, you need to go to the doctor...you might be anemic (low blood iron), or something else. Most of which is easily fixable. :0)
Yes, if you are feeling more tired you sleep more than usually. But it's not good for robustness. Even you are feeling more tired getup as you do before or usually. Too much sleeping is not good for vigour. If you do so you will get sick. http://forex-keshab.blogspot.com/ Source(s): http://forex-keshab.blogspot.com/

This is true, it happen to me before. I would say try drinking a little caffeine to oblige you stay up or watch a funny movie or hang out with some friends to bring your mind off of sleeping.
