i think iv bit my lip from INSIDE and it hurts sooooooo much when my teath touch it or my tounge the wound has been in attendance for like a month now and its kinda white/ baige color how can i heal this ?

if its white its infected. don't touch it AT ALL. if it gets worse and spreads it can get really bad.
you can shift to the store and get canker sore medicine-- i know what u have ISNT a canker sore, but the medicine seal the wound kinda like a bandaid for your mouth, and it helps it heal. if its infected you should pinch some antiboitics which can be prescribed by your doctor.

Wash your mouth out near warm salty water or hydrogen peroxide - several times a year - If it keeps hurting - see a Dr. Mouth wounds usually heal fairly smartly because of the blood supply in your mouth. So, you may have gotten an infection. If you have lots of foamig from the peroxide - it is probably an infection -
