Up adjectives hours of darkness, want to sleep adjectives morning.?

Doesn't matter how many hours awake I am, I don't fall asleep until after 4. I could be awake for over 21 hours and if its hours of darkness time I wont sleep until after 4. I've got children I need to be awake with, and I can't hang on to running on 3 to 4 hours. On the weekends when my husbands home I sleep into about noon or later, depends on if my husband or children stir me. I don't want to take any sleeping meds, because I'm SO scared that I just won't stir up if someone needs me up and awake. My husband said to try some vodka before bed, but I don't want to drink to make me plunge asleep, I don't want to be depend on it.

When I try to lay down, my mind starts going around and around, What do I have to do tomorrow, what happend today. Did I tell my husband that his dad called. Then out of no where on earth, I'll start thinking about stuff that happend years ago when I was just a kid. Nothing meaningful. Like last night, I just kept thinking something like the time me and my brother walked to the park and I saw a stray.

I just need some tips or tricks on how to do this. A friend once told me to stay awake adjectives weekend and after 48 hours, i'll crash as soon as my head hits the pillow. I was, until the lights were rotten, as soon as the lights were off I kept my husband up for another 6 hours just chitchat to him about nothingness.

I had the same problem I just kept running over things within my head and couldn't get to sleep. I realised that I could sleep a LOT better when there is setting noise so now I always own relaxing music playing while I'm in bed, I just leave it playing adjectives night. Also you should take your mind off things by reading past you go to sleep. That makes a big difference for me. Anyway hope that helps.
Lady u need a time off! Haha no joke. Seriously try to clear ur head a bit. Honestly u need a light of day off just hire a babysitter for a day to give somebody a lift the kids away and have a day alone with your husband and freshly rest up inside but be sure not to doze off because that will just prolong your agony! I had like peas in a pod problem I would think about the most random things and moments for close to 3 hours before I would fall asleep then I would get up up all night long. I started taking 3 Tylenol PM about 15 minutes since I want to fall asleep and now as soon as my head hits the pillow I am out similar to a light for 8 hours and I wake up in the morning bubbly.
perchance u could talk to your doctor about anti-anxiety.
