Why within the hell can't I sleep? I took extra pills and still can't drop asleep.?

Try reading... I've had insomia for a LONG time. Just linger it out and read until you are really tired (which is usually caused by the reading) then sleep and make sure you aren't thinking to frozen... Clear your mind. Good luck!
Stress and anxiety are 2 of the most adjectives causes of sleepless nights, and I am no stranger to this at all. In yesteryear, what I have done to help myself fall asleep involves a few different things. First of adjectives, physical activity of any kind works wonders. Get outside and go for a run or hoist some weights, whatever you find fun. Exercise is a great stress reliever and will make your body physically tired, therefore makig sleep come easier. Secondly, try a couple of safe and sound sleep remedies I've been successful with. I used to drink an herbal tea at bedtime geared toward relaxation. Stop by your local co-op and pick up something similar. Finally, get yourself on a regular agenda, going to bed and getting up at the same time every single day. because you still on the computer. survey what you eat befor going to sleep that may be the cause, also having too much interaction beside computers tv video games storm your brain and theres electro shocks going on drink a tea before going to sleep, tea tends to caalm you down, or smoke a blunt that also helps! or couple shots of tequila **** it masturbate and run to sleep! lol. have a good one buddy!
insomnia? lol that's what I have why do you think I am up at 3:00 surrounded by the morning haha! anyways drink warm milk or put in some soft music to listen to, if you still can't go to sleep newly lie down, close your eyes and imagine you doing something you REALLY love (for me it's horseback riding) and then you should be capable of slowly slip into it. if this STILL doesn't work lie down on your back and you know those ridges on your ceiling? make pictures out of them :)
maybe you have adhd and sleepy pills make you wired and uppidy pills manufacture you sleepy. try uppidy pills. also, have you ever tried not going online at night. works wonders!

In my opinion, personal matters are bothering you that you cannot forget therefore discards away glum things and move forward with your life. Medication cannot solve your emotional problems and simply give a temporary relieved to your brain cells.
