Do you devise this will put together my sleep cycle better?

First thing's first: I usually go to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning, and the average time I wake up is at 12pm.

Okay so I woke up at 8:30 am yesterday, pretty untimely. But now it's 6 in the morning and I haven't even slept a wink yet. So ending time I was sleeping was at 8am. So I've almost gone 24 hours without sleeping very soon. I tried to sleep but I couldn't. So I made a plan to not even go to sleep until around 9 pm or 10 pm.
Bottom line is since I haven't slept yet, I'll be expectionally tired tonight, that track I'll sleep earlier tonight. Since school is about to start contained by a week I'll have to start sleeping early, and not at 4 like I usually do. I'll enjoy to wake up at 6:30am everyday when school starts.
Do you think going through the full day without sleeping to be tired at 10pm is a good conception? Cause I'm usually not tired until 4am. I'm just trying to change my sleep cycle for when school starts.
Any tips to preserve myself alert and awake throughout the day?
Thanks :)

Probably not a good idea to stay awake for longer than 24 hours! Sleep as soon as you perceive tired, you need it. As for trying to reset your sleeping patterns, the best way would be to force yourself to receive up early after going to sleep at the usual time you do (4am). Theoretically if you only have a few hours sleep and hold a busy day you'll be exhausted by the end of it, thus needing to sleep at a usual time... and repeat! Weird that this didn't happen after you getting up at 8:30am though...

You could try melatonin, it is natural and helps you near this.
no you need to sleep try listening to some quiet or slow music.
