Is this a symptom of extreme tiredness..?
I awoke this morning at half five (have been waking up this precipitate for work for a few days) and felt very dizzy. Everywhere was sick! If you know what that means?
I feel very tired, and hold been like this for about 2 months now- even a week into starting foreign job, where I was not even getting up that hasty. I feel exhausted, heady, sick, have loss of appetite, and have lost immensity. Am I stressed? Is this whats causing it?
My fiance is concerned as I have suffered with anorexia contained by the recent past. In a way (if anyone understands this) this is egging me on to lose more counterbalance, but thats another story....

You should strongly consider seeing a Gaucher-disease specialist who can do a more thorough evaluation and decide whether you might benefit from drug analysis.
