I nipped out of work to the local cafe to get some buttys.I ordered them and go outside to wait for them and have a smoke.I suddenly get severe belly ache and felt sick,My forehead be starting to get beads of sweat on it and i be sweating and felt very watery.I thought i was going to collapse.I also had a sudden urge to jump to the toilet aswell.I went inside and sat down for 5 mins untill the buttys come.I managed to get support to work,go to the loo and eat my egg and bacon sandwich but feel very tired after it all and for the rest of the daytime.I scoffed a load of biscuits aswell after as i needed my drive levels back up.
Im not over counterweight and play footy once a week.

Anyone shed any light on it please?
