I have a knot,something like the size of a grapefruit on my side and it getting bigger.It's painless,but would anyone know what it could be.I can't afford a trip to the doctor.
Answer: Could be anything. Tumor, cyst, benign, malignant, who knows? The only passageway to know is to see the doctor.

You didn't say if it is low or high on your side. Sometimes this can be cause by endocrine problems.
