im a dancer...have a compition tomarrow.but, my back have just started to hurt this morning...my lower back (no its not cramps).whats the best article to do to make it better?, or will it be better by morning?

Assuming you've had no injury you might try taking a hot shower letting the sea hit the painful area and do some standard lamp stretching. That and take some Ibuprophen or other anti-inflamatory. How about making an appointment for a press?I'm not a dancer, my husband is an athlete and as we're getting older he is encountering more and more pains, my suggestions are base on what works for him.

I wouldn't take the chance that your backbone will be better by morning. Since you're a dancer and with the competition tomorrow, you don't want to strain your back any further.
If your lower than eighteen, have a conversation with your parents going on for your back pain and how crucial this competition is for you. They will know what to do next.
If you're over eighteen, go to the nearest amble in clinic for an evaluation. The doctor will be able to recount you if this is a simple muscle strain vs. some other problem. Good luck tomorrow.
