can you just pop into your doctors or go to the local clinic?
should I ring the police?
please facilitate I don't know what to do

Well you have a couple of options-you can be in motion to the doctors or hopsital to get a test done-they can also check you out to see if you're ok.

Or you can shift to a police station or sexual health clinic, where they can also trial you. Give a urine and blood sample.

Then if your test shows up positive you can establish what to do from there. Though I'm sure you'll be given some advice/support in your judgment where ever you take the oral exam.

If you still don't feel well, walk to A&E and let them check you out. If you mention you think you be spiked, they will probably do a drug screen to see if there's anything still in your system.

I'm not sure ringing the police will do much apposite though hun, unless you know for certain who spiked your drink, or if you think something desperate might have happened to you while you be drugged.

i would recommend going straight to the local hospital at once. the over the counter drug tests won't pick up everything and it's really important that you know if you really hold been drugged.
