Help? everytime I try and sleep untimely, i cant sleep until my majority bedtime?
Ok I'm 14 and over spring break, I've been staying up later consequently usual. I stayed up until around 12 am and now, it's school night and I can't sleep at earlier times like 10 pm. I tried going to bed at 9 one time and I couldn't sleep until 12. If I stay up until 1, the subsequent night, I cant sleep until its 1. It's weird, I can stay up subsequently, but I can't sleep earlier! I wake up at 7 on schooldays and I draw from really tired in school. My mom told me that if I stay up too long, my liver will achieve really weak and I'll be allergic to alot of foods(that's what happened to my cousin). And I don't want sleeping pills!! What do I do?

Try to do some exercises past going to your bed, go walk or run, draw from some energy out to feel that you have need of to have a rest and take a shower beforehand you sleep.
