Help! I adjectives my finger!?
Just a few minutes ago i was ironing pants and my thumb touched the hot side of the iron. I straight away put my thumb in cold water. But is within anything else im supposed to do to prevent any damage? Its really only a small spot on my thumb and it the skin looks white and puffy. Ive never have a burn on my hand before.is it gonna blister over and give notice a scar?
Answer: If you develop blisters don't pop them for any reason, the fluid inside is occupied with proteins that will help next to the healing of the skin. Keep the area verbs. The best thing to do is to let the invigorating do its own thing, don't apply any of the old wives tale remedies such as toothpaste. There is a cream on the market that might be able to lend a hand with the healing, its call Silvadene and there is a link for more information below. Watch for any signs of infection such a discharge, increased flush or swelling. Good Luck! .
you did good by using water and not rime. ice can cause more wound. the best thing to do is keep it verbs and don't put anything like neosporin or anything like that on it. merely keep it clean. if it does blister up don't pop the blister only put a bandaid on it Aloe vera gel! It will help re-moisturize the skin, and cool the skin deep down. However, it may still hold a small blister. It shouldn't scar, though, unless the burn is severe..
my bestfriend told me that dicing a tomato and placing the diced part of it against ur finger help..
and yes, it might turn into a blister but it will go away If u have any Aloe Vera u can break a touch off and put that on there usually it help to keep the blistering and scaring down a bit.
I had the red cross come to my school they said to put a burn beneath cold running water as soon as possible. It will not leave a blotch. Try applying something really cold to the burn like maybe a purse of frozen peas. :).
it should,nt leave a scar. put some neosporin on it and a band-aid. it is singular have pain for a few days. don't verbs it will not be bad just put a covering with cold water on it k.
did you run it lower than cold water...that helps..
