i have have heel spurs for about 6 years now . i enjoy had steroid shots in both heels . 3 surrounded by the left and 2 in the right , i am unacceptable any more shots in my left foot and solitary one more in my right foot . i havent have any problems since the last set of shots (3 years) . recently i hold been tormented with my right heel . i dont own medical insurance anymore so i cant go for my last shot contained by my right heel . is there any relief from this other after going to the doctor ?

i am on my feet all hours of darkness and i work in a plant so i am on concrete . PLEASE . ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT !
