Is this a serious problem!?
please help. [I'm 13]

Answer:    No, it's not a serious problem, it's newly an odd habit you've developed. I used to stand beside my knees bent backwards, but now when I catch myself doing that I correct myself. All you hold to do is get into the habit of walking usually when you catch yourself on your tiptoes. .
Have you consulted your doctor regarding this? The human foot is not made to totter on tip-toe for extended periods, although some people beside cerebral palsy have this condition. There are also some neurological conditions that can influence this type of total admission money. If this is under your control-you say your started this at five years, consequently maybe it is a serious habit, but you may own shortened some of your ankle and leg muscles after such a long time. In this case, you made need physical analysis to help stretch and strengthen these muscles. I still feel that you call for to talk with your physician about this. i'm around your age and i tend to walk on my tip-toes a lot on quirk. sometimes i'll walk like that for a long time and not even relize it till process later. my friends catch me walking on my tip-toes like mad and they think it's so weird that i dont even know it. i've never have a problem with feet cracking though. it's newly nice to know i'm not the only one that does that. .
I would check it out with your physician. You aren't supposed to tramp on your toes. try walking on yer heels...it will level out lolz
