it may be a trapped lung, sometimes when you cough hard your ribs open wider which trap's your lung, it nip it in place, this happened to me a few times. when it did i thought it be my heart, i couldn't move because the pain was so impossible. it could be 1 of the factors, if not it sounds approaching you have stretched a muscle in your hindmost, see a doctor if it doesn't stop hurting in a few days.
