Help! I sleep too much -- how can I fix this problem?
I have a horrible tendency of oversleeping. I basically cannot seem to get satisfactory sleep! I work about 50hrs/week M-F, but admittedly I spend a lot of time within the commute to work(over an hour one-way). Generally I do not stay out late or party on weeknights. I usually spend my weeknights floppy with friends at my apartment, running errands, talking on the phone, or working a lower job...basically zilch too rigorous.
I'm a very deep sleeper and not woken well. I can even sleep through an alarm clock!
It seems that even when I actively make an endeavour to go to bed early, I STILL own trouble waking up in the morning!...which defeat the purpose of going to bed early. :(
Any advice on how to get up up easier? Should I change my diet? Should I go to sleep even earlier(although this is hopeless on Wednesday nights, since I work 8pm-2am at a secondary job)? I know they own Ambien for the sleep deprived, but are there any meds for the OVERsleepers?

Overworking yourself will only receive matters worse for you.I don't know if your fatigue when you wake up but if that's the baggage, change your diet. If you feel as if it's possibIy strength related. See a Physician.

I had this trouble too when I would work too much. I had a undertaking where I was working over 60 hours a week, and I be ALWAYS tired.The best thing I found was to do some exercising. Sometimes the physical flurry is something that will help your sleep cycle become more normal. Also, it is well brought-up to understand that some people only just require more sleep than others. The 8 hours that is used as a guideline is more of an average. A lot of people want 9 hours a night to be fully functional. Try to remember when you were a kid if you be one of those that slept a lot. It may be a clue to how much sleep you need.
I would try to avoid any drugs to give support to out, even caffeine could hurt you at this point. Try exercise and see how that works.
