my gf said she woke up this am and had a bagel with cream cheese and a choclate milk..30 min next felt really qweezy and nauses...and has have pain on lwer right side that radiates up her side and a moment or two on her back,and on to her right leg.any ideas? no confusion...said advil isn't helping.could this be associated with gerd or?

I'm thinking more like kidney stones near the pain in the lower put money on and radiating up and down on her right side.

Chocolate, tea, dark colas and caffiene are all contributors to kidney stones which are terrifically painful and if this is the case she will have need of to see a urologist for help passing the stone(s) . For me a kidney stone be worse than natural childbirth.

Also, consider if her monthly cycle is regular, if she takes birth control, etc. A cyst on an ovary can also administer those same symptoms, is many times overlooked but can be very sensitive also. In this case a gyn visit would be contained by order.

Both of these will cause nausea, even sometimes vomiting any from infection or severe pain. A fever is seldom present during any episode.

Even an urgent care can help at lowest to give her somethng for the pain, and pinch a urine sample to check for stones or other infection.

Good Luck and I do hope she feels better soon. I applaud you for man so caring as to try to find a solution. She's a lucky girl.

The backache ran from my lower right side and up my back and to my ribs. I also needed to throw up.

Is her urine unusually dark? Kidney stones do this when they cause bleeding.

Is this because of a throat infection?

First stale go see a doctor. We are just guessing here. But did she do anything approaching heavy lifting or work out? She could have pinched a effrontery, could have kidney stones or maybe food poisoning? That is what the doctors capture paid the big bucks. Good luck
