HELP Me?
What do you all do when you get a headache to get you feel better? I mean, I don't hold anything serious right now, but I just own a headache that I want gone!
Answer: Well, if you get a headache is usually if you use the computer to much, when you sleep, think if you are gonna sleep long or short, if short lift it for the long next time.
I always embezzle aleve and go in my bedroom turn down the tv shut the blinds so no sun is coming within, put the fan on high, and put an rime pack on my forehead. Drink some water also. This always help me I get very desperate migranes.
I usually lie down, and drink some water, because if your not drinking ample water it could be dehydration, and if its really bad I will appropriate a tylenol.
