Help me i cant saunter because of my ankle
i fell playing with my puppy just in a minute and i twisted my ankle and i cant walk and i have be using r i c e to feel better but its not working! so should i enlighten my no good parents?
Answer: YES! you could've torn a ligament or worse sprain it! if you're still too scared, stuff your tub with cold water consequently soak and then drain and fill it beside hot water. It should soothe a relax your muscles and tendants.. If that doesnt work, take an rime pack and go between ice and rice pack every 15-30 minutes. .
this can be serious..
1)twisting your ankle= your bone nouns is out of place
2)if u don't find a doctor to fix it back but uses rime to ease the pain , the soft bone surrounded by ur ankle will grow but the connection will still be out.
when u grow old, ur ankle will be scrawny. and u might not walk properly.
3) my suggestion is... find a doctor who knows how to fix it wager on and not to just to find a solution to ease the aching...
so tell ur parents about it... see a doctor rash cos if the soft bone starts to grow, no doctor can fix it back..
Tape it up immediatly as tight as you can- use duct tape if you dont hold any. Immobilize it with the tape, and it will also hold on to the swelling down so you can put your shoes on in the morning. DOnt take the video off for 2-3 days

You have to put the ankle up and rest, you own to put an icepack on the ankle to stop the swelling which it will if its sprained.
That will work, guarenteed.
Ice for the swelling then heat to alleviate.
Alternate if need be.
Iboprofen helps.
