I am surprised that if your doctor be moving that you weren't transferred or referred to another doctor.Right now at this point, since you are already in bill, you'll have to go to the hospital ER, if you give somebody a lift proof like a prescription bottle they will help you, if you don't enjoy the bottle they may call your pharmacy for you if you're lucky.
If they feel that your too far along within your withdrawal they may just confess you to detox and help you through.
I know that it doesn't sound too appealing, but i can't see that anything else is an pick. Unless Cold Turkey is what you prefer.

I agree, go to a hospital. They can give you something for the anxiety. They will also bequeath you a referral to an MD or an outpatient clinic. I've been where you are (pain meds for a couple of vertebrae surgies) - not fun - hardest thing of my life truly.I applaud your effortts to get help - it merely last a couple of days though they seem approaching eternity. Seek support from family and friends, keep busy, and filch lots of hot showers (but got ot he hospital first)
